Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate, we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies or errors. Colours may vary slightly from those shown on the websites as technology has its limitations.
2. Payment Methods & Prices
Products from this site may be purchased using various debit/credit cards shown using PayPal. You may call us on 01603 615442 to pay for your goods by phone and we can discuss other methods of payment.
All prices are in G.B. pounds sterling (£) and credit / debit card transactions for orders outside the UK will be converted by the card company at their current exchange rates.
Prices are subject to change without notice, so any subsequent purchases of the same product cannot be guaranteed to be at the same price.
Orders are accepted at our sole discretion and we maintain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation.
3. Sales Tax
Value Added Tax (VAT) if applicable is calculated based on shipping destination. It is included in the price for orders shipped to destinations within the European Union (EU). For orders shipped to destinations outside the EU the price excludes VAT but orders may be subject to local sales tax or import duty. These are not included in our prices and customers remain liable for payment of these taxes or duties on or following delivery.
4. Delivery Arrangements
All goods are sold subject to availability. Your shopping basket displays the goods you have purchased and an indication of the delivery timescale. Goods are usually despatched on the next working day.
Free UK Delivery for all items valued £50 and over.
UK orders despatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery (or another Signed For service) and are usually delivered within 2 working days. Smaller items maybe sent via another Signed For Service. The cost of Royal Mail Special Delivery is usually £8.95 for a normal leather jacket - no charged paid by you for items over £50 - , and other Signed for services cost under £5, for bulky items we will advise you if the cost is higher.
European orders are despatched by a signed for service and are delivered within 5 working days. The cost is usually £15.00 for a standard item, but depending on the bulkiness of the item we will advise you if it is higher.
International (other destinations) :
These orders are despatched by a signed for service and are delivered within 10 working days. The cost is usually £25.00 for a standard item, but depending on the bulkiness and the destination of the item we will advise you if it is higher.
We will notify you if your goods are not able to be despatched within this timescale. Where goods are temporarily out of stock we will contact you, so that you may choose between a refund on the item, having it shipped when it is back in stock or selecting an alternative product.
The delivery costs are shown depending on the shipping destination and the delivery service selected. Any delivery times quoted are estimated, based on availability and normal delivery time, in working days.
All products supplied are covered by a manufacturer’s guarantee. Terms and conditions vary from product to product.
6. Your Right To Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days of delivery and return the goods supplied to us for for a refund of the price of the goods. You must notify us in writing during this period of your intention to cancel by letter/email/telephone call to:

Any goods supplied must be returned to address above at your own expense within the seven days of your notice to cancel (except european and international orders) . Providing the goods are returned in their original condition which denotes not worn, soiled, smelling of odours and complete with all labels intact you will receive a refund for the price of the goods within 7 days of giving us your notice to cancel by the same method of payment that was chosen by you in your original purchase.
Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We recommend that you use Special Delivery ( or another signed for service), as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. If, however, the goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded.
All sizes are approximate as leather garments are handmade and cannot be exact.
Some of our items listed may show 'in stock' at time of purchase but we may find the supplier is out of stock within 48 hours. If this happens we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you and give you the option to wait, be refunded or as your preference.
Anything special order, altered or made to measure will incur around a four week wait whilst we liaise with tailors, pattern cutters and factories to source the goods we need to fulfil your order. You can always get in touch with us to find out the progress of your order at any time.
